Most of our meat is raised on our farm and some by area farmers according to our high standards and some of the pork is raised here & some by Amish also meeting our high standards.

What makes your product better than your competitor's?

Our canned meat contains every high quality cut from our young steers & young pigs.I.E. filet, new York strip, tenderloin and ribeye cuts.

What do your competitors put in their cans?

Most of our competitors use older animals we use all the best cuts from young beef and pork raised for high quality meat.

What should I expect when I open the can?

You should expect to see a little fat on top of the high quality home grown meat.

How should I prepare the canned meat?

We recommend emptying the can into a pot and heating the meat up until the fat melts and saturates the meat and season to taste. After about 3-5 minutes on medium heat the meat will give off a very pleasant aroma

We use no type of liners in our cans, no water added simply sea salt.

What is the shelf life of your canned meat?

We have had cans of beef and pork in controlled climate bunkers for over 50 years now. The quality is just as good as the day it was canned.
